Payee deduction settings

Edit the Stripe and OPEX deductions used for new entries. Existing entries keep their recorded amounts and fees.

Applied to every new entry before the payee's net payout is credited.

OPEX is deducted from Chase's gross amount in addition to Stripe.

Brody currently pays Stripe only; keep OPEX at 0% for that rule.

OPEX is deducted from Eli's gross amount in addition to Stripe.

OPEX percentages are calculated from the gross amount. The net payout is gross minus Stripe and OPEX.
